1l444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1l444 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or services offered by 1l444 (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

1l444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. To register and use 1l444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that applies to all players without exception.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 1l444 platform or have a previously closed account due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

1l444 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations. Providing false information to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual may register only one account on 1l444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 1l444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and accumulated balances forfeited pending investigation.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, 1l444 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal request or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A valid Bangladeshi passport (data page and photo page).
• A valid Bangladeshi driving licence (front and back).
• Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months showing your name and address in Bangladesh.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. 1l444 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1l444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and City Bank online transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 1l444 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document submission and review.
• Active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements (rollover) before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before rollover conditions are satisfied will result in the bonus being voided.
• 1l444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, particularly for high-value withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed on a priority basis and are typically completed in under 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or City Bank may take up to 2 business days to clear.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered by 1l444. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

1l444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus offer is presented. Until rollover conditions are fully met, bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or payment methods is prohibited.
• 1l444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the rollover requirement, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from the bonus (not from real-money play) may be voided.
• Free spins are credited to the specified slot game(s) only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including providing false information, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players, will be voided in full. The associated account may be suspended and any real-money winnings on the account reviewed.

These terms are communicated at the time the promotion is announced and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the account settings panel immediately after registration.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1l444 account holders and can be activated at any time through the account settings panel:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1l444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating, using, or operating multiple accounts (whether under your own name or the name of a third party) to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live dealer games, coordinating betting strategies to guarantee profits, or any form of organised cheating.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over 1l444, including but not limited to automated betting systems, card-counting software, or RNG-prediction tools.
• Using the 1l444 platform to launder money, finance criminal activity, or process any funds connected to illegal activity, regardless of whether such activity takes place in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the affected account suspended pending investigation.

1l444 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 1l444 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all associated transactions and winnings, and retain any balance pending investigation. 1l444's determination in such matters is final.

All content on the 1l444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of 1l444 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1l444.

The 1l444 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 1l444. Any unauthorised use of the 1l444 brand, including in third-party advertising, affiliate marketing without an authorised agreement, or domain name registration, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1l444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical failure. 1l444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1l444 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions, including any financial losses incurred while using the Platform.

1l444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or KYC obligations.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, pending the outcome of an investigation.
• A player's own voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools or directly to the 1l444 support team.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voided bonus balances) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC has been completed and no active investigation is underway. 1l444 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of account suspension where that suspension was caused by the player's own breach of these Terms.

1l444 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where a material change to these Terms is made — such as a change to the minimum age requirement, withdrawal limits, or bonus wagering requirements — 1l444 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect, where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
